Sarah M. Bieri

Office Manager

With over ten years in the dental field, Sarah brings bright energy and strong leadership qualities to the office. She takes pride in making sure our patients have the best possible service and utmost patient care. Sarah joined our team in 2014 and has added value to ensure treatment planning, billing and the overall function of our office is seamless. She is an invaluable asset to our team. While away from the office, Sarah enjoys lake living with her husband, son, and dog Tank.

Myra L. Franklin

Assistant Office Manager & Director of Patient Recare

Relocating from Bay City, Myra joined our team as a patient care coordinator. As part of the front office and as a former dental assistant she brings with her over 25 years of dental experience. Myra strongly believes that every patient and their dental health is her top priority. When she is not in the office Myra enjoys spending time with her three daughters and their growing families. She also loves a good book, and exploring the many wonders of mitten state.

Anjy Boussy

Assistant Office Manager

Anjy has been working in the dental field since she was 16 years old. She is very passionate about the periodontal field, having worked for a periodontist for over 12 years as a Certified Dental Assistant where she assisted in multiple surgeries and educated patients about periodontal disease and all the potential risks that are involved. She decided to become a patient coordinator due to her love of taking care of patients’ and their needs. In her spare time, Anjy enjoys spending time with her husband of 9 years and her three beautiful children. She is an avid football fan, and loves watching Tom Brady and The New England Patriots!

Donna Hamdan

Patient Care Coordinator

Donna has been practicing in the dental field for 3 years in a general dental office. She is currently finishing up her undergraduate’s degree in Dental Sciences at the University of Detroit Mercy. Every year Donna volunteers at various elementary schools around her community teaching young children the importance of oral hygiene. Working in the dental field has been her dream since she can remember. During her free time, Donna enjoys travelling the world and spending time with her puppy!

Tisha Gazley

Patient Care Coordinator

Tisha is a graduate of Central Michigan University. New to the dental field, she is excited to learn all about the industry. She is very passionate about helping others and building patient relationships. During her free time, Tisha enjoys attending Red Wings games, hiking, playing/coaching volleyball, snowboarding and spending time with her dog, Oliver!

Renea J. Mullenax

Clinic Manager & Surgical Assistant

Renea has been a dental assistant for over 25 years and a specialized periodontal assistant for over 15 years. She enjoys her daily interaction with patients and helps them feel comfortable during their treatment. Renea has been married for nineteen years and has two children, Michael and Megan. When Renea is not working, she enjoys reading and traveling and watching her son play baseball and her daughter’s dance performances.

Kelli White

Clinic Manager & Surgical Assistant

Kelli has worked in the dental field for over 15 years in General Dentistry, Orthodontics and her passion being periodontics. Kelli has worked with Dr. Bhola for over eleven years at Advanced Periodontics & Implantology and Metropolitan Dental Center. She has helped in numerous Continuing Education courses, from lectures to hands on surgical courses the past several years. In her free time, Kelli enjoys running. She recently ran the Boston Marathon in 2015, running for the American Liver Foundation. When she is not training for her next race she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and 2 children.

Jessica Wymer

Surgical Assistant

Jessica earned her certificate in dental assisting at Dorsey school in 2016. She has always had a passion for the dental field as well as making people feel better about their smile and appearance. Becoming a member of the team at Advanced Periodontics has been one of her greatest successes. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.

Leah Harris

Surgical Assistant

Leah earned her certificate in dental assisting at Kaplan career institute in 2010 and has been working as a dental assistant for the past 5 years. She is certified in Emergency Medical Response and Basic Life support for health care providers through American Red Cross. Leah is extremely passionate about dentistry and loves helping people and making them feel comfortable and confident during their dental treatment. When she is not working, Leah enjoys spending time with her seven-year-old son, reading, doing art and playing baseball.

Priscilla Rodriguez

Surgical Assistant

Priscilla is new to the dental assistant field. She graduated from Everest Institute’s Dental Assisting Program in 2015. Dentistry has always been an inspiration to her. “There’s so much involved with dentistry, it’s fun to learn new things everyday and help people love their smile and teeth!” Priscilla likes to dedicate some of her time volunteering at her church who always help people in need. During her free time, she enjoys playing softball, traveling to different places, photography, reading and taking her daughter, Alayna, to her t-ball games, gymnastics and ballet classes.

Dominique Wagner

Dental Assistant

Dominique is a recent graduate from Dorsey School; where she attained her diploma in Dental Assisting. She is CPR certified in the state of Michigan. Dominique has always had an interest in dentistry, and cares very much to see that each patient receives the best treatment possible. As a new team member, she looks forward to growing with Advanced Periodontics. Dominique enjoys listening to live music and spending time with her family.

Allison L. Kirk

Registered Dental Hygienist

Allison graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 1998 with a B.A. in Liberal Arts and received a B.S. in Dental Hygiene from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 2007. She has been a Registered Dental Hygienist in the Periodontal field for the past eight years. In her professional life, Allison enjoys making her patients feel comfortable during their appointments while optimizing their oral health. In her personal life she enjoys time socializing with friends and family and traveling with her two children.

Nada Chami

Registered Dental Hygienist

Nada graduated dental hygiene from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Dentistry in 2013. She received a Bachelors of Science and a Certificate in Dental Hygiene with awards and honors. Also, she is certified in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide and CPR. Nada is skilled in educating patients’ the importance of oral and systemic health relationship. When it comes to oral hygiene instructions, she individually assess each person’s need and customizes a home care regimen. For her, the most rewarding part of being at Advanced Periodontics & Implantology is working side by side with her professors’ when she was a student at University of Detroit-Mercy School of Dentistry. Outside of dentistry, Nada likes to explore outdoor nature, work out, shop, and study multiculturalism.

Bethany Palesh

Registered Dental Hygienist

Bethany received her associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario in 2010 and finished her B.S. in Dental Hygiene from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2015. She has been a Registered Dental Hygienist in the State of Michigan for the past five years with a main interest in working in Periodontics. Bethany enjoys working with patients to help them achieve periodontal health that can be maintained through good home care and continued hygiene visits. In her spare time Bethany enjoys travelling the world with her sister, reading, and playing piano.

Kallie Krueger

Office Assistant

Kallie is in her third year at Wayne State University. Since a young age, she has always aspired to become a dentist. Kallie wants to change the outlook some may have about the dentist by providing the best possible care and making their visit more enjoyable. Kallie is a member of Wayne State University’s Swimming and Diving Team, The Wayne State University’s Love your Melon Campus Crew, and the Pre-Professional Medical Society. In her free time, Kallie enjoys biking, baking, and reading.
